Use the pulldown bar for front lat pulldowns and rear lat pulldowns, use the pulldown bar for assisted crunches and triceps extensions.

The chest press can be used as a butterfly press or as a straight press.

The backrest on this bench gym is adjustable with seven incline positions so you can have the backrest completely flat, straight upright or any position in between.

Use the leg station for leg curls, leg extensions and use the armrest for biceps curls.

Remove the bench on this bench gym and you have a real easy to use rowing machine.

Use any standard one inch weights with this bench gym, don't worry about the need to buy specific weights any standard weights you already own will work with this two part gym.

No need two switch cables or pulleys ever as they advanced pulley system means all exercises are available immediately without bench gym setup.
